Leftfield Social Housing joint ventured with Achieve Australia to acquire an existing portfolio of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and form a funds management platform to grow a significant portfolio via both acquisition and greenfield development.
The Fund is targeting yields to investors between 7-9% with total returns of 12%.
In 2018, Leftfield acquired 100% of Manly Backpackers and undertook a repositioning project to create a lively, comfortable destination for travellers to experience Manly and the wider Sydney.

Leftfield Capital Partners is an investment manager providing private debt finance, secured by Australian real estate assets. It funds property development projects to selected borrowers. The company is co-owned and managed by Leftfield and a highly experienced team of specialists in property finance.
